We offer a full team experience. That includes:

  • Group run practices (2x per week)

  • Group Organized Bike Workouts (In person during the season and online during the offseason)

  • Coached Swim Practices (2x per week, once master swim practices are allowed back in NYC)

  • Zoom Strength and Conditioning (2x per week)

  • Full Training Plans to get you race ready

  • Team Races.

  • Race week and recovery guidance

  • Team Socials

 

Online Training

  • What online training includes:

  • An Initial consultation, either in-person on by phone to establish strengths, weaknesses, and background

  • A Training Peaks Membership (premier).

  • Daily access to coaching to answer questions.

  • Scheduled phone call check-ins to make sure you are staying the course.

  • Race week prep and recovery week prep.

  • A Schedule that works around YOUR needs and availability. Not just another, blanket, standard triathlon plan. But one that works with YOU.
